Mission: The purpose of the Sylmar Woman’s Club shall be to affiliate women to raise scholarship funds for students who are Sylmar residents and attend accredited public high schools located in Sylmar as well as L.A. Mission College. The Sylmar Woman’s Club also raises funds to support other philanthropies that benefit the Community of Sylmar.

Scholarships:
Scholarship applications are available in the spring of each year. Students do not need to be female. Requirements:
- High School students must have at least a 3.6 GPA if they will be attending a 4-year college and at least a 2.0 GPA if they will be attending a community college.
- L.A. Mission College students must have at least a 3.0 GPA
- Students MUST reside in Sylmar or Rancho Cascades
Students must submit the following:
- A one page essay on your goals for the future
- A letter of recommendation from non-related adult
- A transcript

Scout Troop 94, ETI Corral 12, Paws For Life K9 Rescue, Graffiti Busters, Sylmar Independent Baseball League, school groups, and the Pioneer Cemetery.
